A specialist solution for a golf tournament
When one of our regular logistics customers asked for our help transporting production staff, sponsors and equipment to a golf tournament at short notice, we arranged a last-minute aircraft charter. But when extra cargo was added just days before departure, a specialist solution was needed to ensure everything made it to the event in time.

Routes: Australia & Middle East > South-East Asia
Aircraft: Airbus A330-300
The original request was to fly 120 passengers and 12 tonnes of equipment from Australia and the Middle East to the event in South-East Asia. We sourced the wide-bodied aircraft with a mix of economy and business-class seating as well as a large cargo hold.
Following the addition of four extra tonnes of cargo, we worked with the operator to re-calculate the load dimensions. One pallet couldn’t be accommodated on the charter aircraft, so we arranged for it to be shipped out on a scheduled service that evening instead.
